Tunnell Consulting was founded in 1962 and has steadily grown from a sole proprietorship to a broad-based firm that applies a diversity of skill sets to boost client performance. The greatest measure of our success continues to be the high percentage of clients who repeatedly return to us when they expand or reorganize, change direction, or encounter a critical process or organizational obstacle.
As our client list has grown, so have our areas of expertise and the size of our consulting staff, but we have remained committed to developing business relationships that last. We hope to continue to do that, by providing the right people with the right skills that a project commands, and by delivering flexible solutions, not off-the-shelf programs that assume your firm squeezes into a one-size-fits-all mold.

Tunnell Consulting has operated as an ESOP company (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1988. This means each employee is also a company owner and has a real and personal interest in our continued well being. Our Well-Credentialed Consultants Work as a Team
Our consultants, you will find, operate as a working team so they can integrate the different skill sets they offer. Our staff consists of well-credentialed and experienced men and women who have extensive business and industry experience; many of them have held key management positions at top manufacturing and service companies and many have earned advanced degrees in science, engineering and business. Several of our consultants are also experienced educators. Tunnell Consulting has an extensive training history, and has presented countless in-house and public seminars on both technical and organizational subjects to hundreds of people.
