    • We provide an attractive vacation benefit that increases with length of service.
    Holidays
    • Our employees enjoy eight paid holidays per year. Additionally, it is tradition for the four working days between Christmas and New Year to be given as paid holiday leave.

    • We provide full major medical benefits and a prescription drug plan. Insurance premiums are company paid.
    Flexible Spending Accounts
    • Our company funded Healthcare Flexible Spending Account provides funds that cover medical expenses not covered by insurance. They can be used to cover co-pays, dental fees, eye care fees (including exams, glasses and contact lenses)
    • Our employee funded Health Care Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account are also available on a pre-tax basis.
    Long-Term Care
    • We provide base level insurance for long-term care. Employees can elect to expand their coverage to include a spouse, children, parents or grandparents.

    • All or a portion of an employee's salary is paid for periods of illness or injury requiring an employee to be away from the workplace. Insurance premiums are company paid.
    Life & Accident Insurance
    • We provide our employees basic coverage with the option to purchase additional coverage on a pre-tax basis. Travel Accident Insurance is provided to our consulting staff.
    Employee Stock Ownership Plan
    • We're not employees, we're owners. The ESOP is a defined contribution plan with annual employer contributions made to the plan on behalf of each employee.
