    All or a portion of an employee’s salary is paid for periods of illness or injury requiring an employee to be away from the workplace.
  • Long-Term Care
    Our employees have the benefit of base level insurance for long-term care. Employees can elect to expand their coverage to include a spouse, children, parents or grandparents.
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    Our employees are encouraged to continue their professional growth through our tuition reimbursement program.  This program is offered for business-related courses and degree programs.

    In addition to our ESOP, employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) savings plan, allowing them to save additional funds for their future.

Tunnell’s Total Rewards and Recognition philosophy provides competitive compensation programs and “above market” rewards. In addition to base salary, some employees are eligible for variable incentives. Tunnell is a 100% employee-owned organization and, as such, all employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).

We have an annual Rewards and Recognition Program which recognizes excellent performance. We have a robust employee referral program as we have found that our employees play a key role in our recruitment process.

The ESOP is a defined contribution plan with annual employer contributions made to the plan on behalf of each employee.
