Background and Expertise
Ray Rogers has more than 15 years of executive experience with life sciences companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 leaders, addressing the challenges of complex multi-site manufacturing and leveraging business and life sciences disciplines to drive productivity and profitability. Prior to joining Tunnell, he served as president of an early-stage life sciences company and, prior to that, vice president of a company that supplies technology solutions to the life sciences and chemical industries. Previously, he held a number of senior positions at the Cyanamid Products Division of American Home Products Corporation (Wyeth), where he directed manufacturing across multiple facilities, grew revenues in specialty products, and delivered dramatically improved customer service. Prior to that, he managed manufacturing for the company’s agricultural products division and held a number of positions in the company’s chemical products division.Education
