Jason Kamm brings extensive experience in Lean implementation, management consulting, and cost reduction to leading pharmaceutical clients. Schooled in applied mathematics and statistics, he has helped pharmaceutical manufacturers achieve enhanced process understanding of existing products, and accelerated drug development time by employing such advanced tools and methodologies as Quality by Design (QbD), Design of Experiments (DoE), Process Analytical Technology (PAT), and Six Sigma. He has led or facilitated numerous process improvement projects in the pharmaceutical industry designed to deliver breakthrough results in such critical performance metrics as cost, cycle time, reliability, overall productivity, variation reduction, deviation, and rework.Education
