An expert in supply chain optimization, Bill has created and implemented
numerous far-reaching improvement projects in broad supply chain
management arenas including strategy and organizational alignment,
strategic purchasing, inventory planning and management, process
improvement, warehouse operations and design, distribution network
optimization, systems and technology, and logistics and transportation.
A long-time manager at Conrail before joining Tunnell, Bill held
many key management positions there including Manager of Contract
Operations, Manager of Material and Manager of Logistics Services.
