Knowledge and Experience:
With some 20 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Susan brings extensive knowledge in project management, reengineering, continuous improvement, and financial analysis to her on-site consulting projects for Tunnell. She has created and implemented innovative solutions for clients in areas such as product development cycle-time reduction, clinical trial benchmarking, and communications strategy implementation. Before joining Tunnell, Susan helped lead a major reengineering effort in new product development at McNeil Consumer Products Company.
