Knowledge and Experience:
Marian is a member of Tunnell’s Board of Directors and a trustee of its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). For the past 25 years, she has been an invaluable Tunnell Consulting resource for information on company history, company organization, company growth, and company goals. She has effectively served as the primary Executive Assistant to each successive Tunnell Company President from founder Ken Tunnell to current President and CEO Joe Tempio, and is well-respected for her continually on-target administrative skills, her intuitive understanding of company values and mission, and for her finesse in “being the glue that holds the company together.” Marian is a strong example of Tunnell’s ongoing commitment to employee training and promotion, and underscores our belief that our ESOP structure creates a truly exceptional staff dedicated to internal team cooperation and external client focus.
