Knowledge and Experience:
An expert in both the technical and business aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, John is the past president, founder and sole owner of the respected pharmaceutical testing laboratory Savanet, Inc. of Savage, MD. Over ten years, the company grew into a full-service lab servicing 7 of the top 10 pharmaceutical firms in the world, and offering extensive expertise in finished product and clinical sample testing, in addition to staging in-house stability studies. Savanet realized a 4x increase in annual revenues by tripling technical staff, quadrupling lab capacity, and adding lab testing capabilities. Because of outstanding prior regulatory compliance data and facility audits, the FDA waived 3 drug pre-approval inspections at Savanet, enabling faster approval times for 3 major drug products. Before forming Savanet, John served as Operations Director of ChemAlysis, Inc. in Laurel, MD.
