Knowledge and Experience:
Joe has spent over 25 years in top scientific, technical, and managerial
positions in the life sciences industry, and is an expert in technical
management, formulation development, validation, quality systems,
FDA compliance, and dosage form development and stability. He has
worked with the FDA, the DEA, the World Health Organization, and
the Consumer Product Safety Commission to develop new drug-related
regulations. He has held several top management and R&D positions
including President of IBAH Pharmaceutics (now Omnicare Clinical
Services), and Director of Scientific Affairs at (formerly) Lederle
Consumer Healthcare and (formerly) SmithKline Beecham Consumer Health.
