Knowledge and Experience:
With some 20 years of experience in improving manufacturing operations for a wide variety of companies, including pharmaceutical and medical device firms, Jaime has an extensive track record of enhancing operating performance through continuous improvement methodologies including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other state-of-the-art approaches. A passionate champion of continuous improvement and team building in both start-up and turnaround environments, and an experienced management consultant, Jaime worked in global operations consulting for McKinsey & Company, and founded his own independent consulting firm. Prior to starting his consulting career, he held leadership positions for a number of companies including Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing for General Cable Corporation and Vice President of Operations for Laird Technologies.
