    Vacation
    We provide an attractive vacation benefit that increases with length of service.

    Holidays
    Our employees enjoy eight paid holidays per year. Additionally, it is tradition for the four working days between Christmas and New Year to be given as paid holiday leave.


    Meeting Health Care Needs

    Medical
    We provide full major medical benefits and a prescription drug plan. Insurance premiums are company paid.

    Health Care & Wellness Allotment
    This company-funded program can be used to cover any additional health care or wellness expenses not covered by insurance. For example, the allotment can be used to cover co-pays, dental fees, health and fitness club memberships, childcare, etc.

    Long-Term Care
    We provide base level insurance for long-term care. Employees can elect to expand their coverage and to cover their spouse, children, parents or grandparents.


    Achieving Financial Goals

    Short & Long-Term Disability
    All or a portion of an employee's pay is continued through our plans for periods of illness or injury requiring an employee to be away from the workplace. Insurance premiums are company paid.

    Life & Accident Insurance
    We provide our employees basic coverage to a limit of $300,000, with the option to purchase additional coverage on a pre-tax basis. Travel Accident Insurance, to a limit of $200,000, is provided to our consulting staff.

    Employee Stock Ownership Plan
    We're not employees, we're owners. The ESOP is a defined contribution plan, with annual employer contributions made to the plan on behalf of each employee.

    401(k)
    In addition to our ESOP, many employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) savings plan, allowing them to save additional funds for their future.
