Ray Schneider, a Vice President of Tunnell Consulting and head of our
Process/Organizational Excellence Practice, manages the firm's Six Sigma
services and staff. He is a recognized expert in the areas of process
improvement, team building, statistical process control and organizational
change, and has implemented change strategies in companies from
pharmaceuticals to heavy manufacturing to dot-coms.
Larry Meyers, a Tunnell Consulting Principal, is a recognized authority on
Design of Experiments, one of the key tools in the Six Sigma toolbox. Over
the past 30 years, he has consulted with numerous top U.S. firms on DoE, has taught extensive public seminars and in-house courses on how to solve major technical problems, and completed his early training under such quality leaders as Deming, Juran and Crosby.
Perry Walker, a Tunnell Managing Consultant, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt with more than 20 years of experience in operations/technical management, product and process development, supply chain optimization, and Six Sigma implementation. His breadth of roles in industry, including Global Business Strategist, Research Manager and Plant Manager, along with his skills in applying Six Sigma to processes, transactions, and sales and marketing have enabled him to establish a track record of success in driving yield improvements, cost reductions, product line rationalization, quality problem resolution, increased plant utilization, and development of new and improved products as well as new market opportunities.
Jason Kamm, a Tunnell Managing Consultant, is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt who is experienced in statistical problem-solving, project management, team training, facilitation, and organizational development. He is expert at implementing a diverse range of data-driven methodologies for solving product and process problems, and uses a strong teaming approach to achieving bottom-line, sustainable improvement.
Winston Brown, a Tunnell Managing Consultant,
is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a quality
and operations professional with extensive experience in the planning, deployment, and sustaining of Lean Six Sigma initiatives in the pharmaceutical and health care industries. He has more than 14 years of experience in high-volume pharmaceutical and consumer products, quality, operations, and people development and nine years of experience in the medical laboratory industry. He also brings to his work the additional perspective of an MBA in economics and finance. He holds the ASQ Certifications of CQM, CQE and CQA and APICS CPIM Certification.
